Admission procedure University of Twente

This page describes the registration procedure (as of 2007-2008) at the University of Twente for the kerckhoffs students with the TU/e and RU as their primary university. (If you wish to register at the University of Twente as your primary university please check here.)

Your secondary registration at the University of Twente is as a bijvakker.
Procedure and form for 2007-2008: Download and fill out the form (see explanation below). Add a verklaring van betaald collegegeld (declaration of paid tuition fees) for the University Twente which you can obtain at your primary university and a uittreksel Gemeentelijk Basisadministratie (excerpt from the municipality registration) obtainable from the municipality where you live.

(or drop them of at the student service desk blue desk in the Bastille building when visiting the campus).

The form

Some explaination on the form as this information is not yet available in english. The form asks you to complete:
O&W nummer: Registration number at the IB (dutch student financing organization).
Achternaam: Last name
Voorvoegsels: Initials
Voornamen (voluit): First names (full)
Roepnaam: Short name
Adres: Address
Postcode & plaats: Postal code and city
Telefoonnummer: Telephone number
E-mailadres: E-mail address

instelling: Institution at which you are registered
opleiding: name of the program you are following there.

Select the "voor het volgen van vakken" (to take classes) option as reason for registering, and enter Computer Science - Computer Security as the opleiding (education program). Sign the form at Handtekening student (student signature) and enter Datum (date).

Do not fill in the fields below the thick line; these fields are for the UT adminstration, just continue to the back of the form.

On the back of the form fill out the courses.
